THE STUDIO

GOOD DESIGN STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING.

We listen closely, test ideas carefully and turn complex requirements into clear, useful spaces.

TBARCH is a Perth based building design and approvals studio working across residential and small commercial projects. We connect design thinking with practical decisions about planning, budget, construction and everyday use.

MEET THE STUDIO
OUR PROCESS

Start with the right information.

Before investing in detailed design or construction, understand what may be possible, what needs investigation and which approvals may be required. Our process begins with a tailored Property & Planning Feasibility Assessment.

01

Submit

Tell us about your property and proposed works using our online enquiry form. Include any existing plans or relevant documents.

02

Scope & Quote

We review your information and provide a project-specific fee proposal, considering the investigation required and whether a site inspection is needed.

03

Assess & Report

Once the proposal is accepted and payment arranged, we investigate relevant property and planning constraints and prepare your written feasibility report.

04

Next Steps

Use the report to make an informed decision. If you proceed, design, subdivision or approval documentation can be scoped and quoted separately.

OUR APPROUCH

CLARITY AT EVERY STAGE.

A strong concept has to work beyond the presentation. We consider the site, the way spaces connect, local requirements and the path to construction from the start.
